Acharya Anandrishiji Pune Blood Center (“the Trust”, “we”, “us”) is a charitable-trust blood bank operating at S.M. Joshi Foundation Building, New Sadashiv Peth, Pune 411030, and recognised as a Regional Blood Transfusion Centre by the Government of Maharashtra. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us through this website.

We only collect information you provide voluntarily:

• Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email (optional), the purpose of your enquiry (Donate Blood / Request Blood / Organise Donation Camp / General Enquiry) and any message you choose to include.
• Direct contact: if you call or email us, we naturally receive whatever details you share in that communication.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except in the context of an authorised blood donation arrangement.

• To respond to your enquiry or donation request.
• To coordinate blood donations, camps or hospital supply requests.
• To maintain donor records as required by NBTC and applicable regulations.
• To send relevant follow-up information about your enquiry — never for marketing.

Messages sent through the enquiry form on this site are relayed to aapunebloodbank@gmail.com via a third-party form-relay service (FormSubmit). The relay is used purely as a transport mechanism; we do not store your submission on the relay's servers beyond what is required to deliver the email.

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and to keep a reasonable record of correspondence. Statutory donor and clinical records are retained for the periods required by NBTC, the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and applicable medical regulations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when required — for example, with the hospital or patient you have asked us to assist, with regulators or authorities where the law requires, or with trusted service providers (such as our email provider) who are bound to handle the data confidentially.

We apply reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information you share. The website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry email is restricted to authorised members of the Trust.

You may, at any time, ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply to a blood transfusion centre. To exercise these rights, please write to us at the contact details below.
